Joshua Hale (CMGR MCMI)

Managing Director

Joshua joined the company in 2016 as an apprentice. Since then, he has held several positions across the business and, in October 2023, bought the company from its previous owners. Outside work, Joshua enjoys a variety of sports and renovating his home.

Nick Goodison

Finance Director

Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his family, or looking after his dogs, cat, chickens and ducks. Nick is also at the Dean Heritage Centre.

Paul Richings

Project Sales

Paul joined Dock Solutions in 2008. Outside work, he can often be found on the golf course and is a keen supporter of Cheltenham Town Football Club.

Mark Watkins

Trade Sales

Mark is a true Manchester United fan. If he isn't watching his favourite team on TV, he is out in the garden with his young son, hoping he'll become the next Beckham.

Tracy Jordan

Receptionist

In her spare time, Tracy enjoys going away on holiday and spending quality time with family. Tracy has also completed a number of charity walks, raising funds for dementia and prostate cancer.

Ian Wareing

Technical & Installation Manager

Ian has over 20 years of industry experience, starting out manufacturing GRP crash doors. When not at work, Ian enjoys being out on his mountain bike, running or walking his dog. Being an engineer by trade, Ian also enjoys completing DIY tasks around his house.

Louise Drake

Office Manager

Most of Louise's spare time is spent with her young son or socialising with friends over a wine (or two). Louise also spends time as part of a local choir.

Chris Price

Purchaser

Chris is a keen Gloucester rugby supporter. During matchdays, he will be found working as a senior steward. Away from the rugby, Chris likes to spend time gardening, and is currently in the process of setting up a workshop in his garden shed for woodworking projects.

Sarah Cotterall

Accounts Assistant

While not at work, Sarah is busy watching her two young children play football and cricket. As a family they enjoy watching football together, even though there is some 'friendly' rivalry.

Manufacturing Manager

Pete has over 25 years of industry related manufacturing experience. Outside of work, Pete likes to spend time coaching the U13’s side at his local rugby club, Cinderford RFC.

Simon Ralph

Installations Manager

Outside of work, Simon is currently converting a van into a new camper. He also enjoys spending his weekend with his young family, which includes going on many holidays abroad.

Debbie joined the company in 2024 after working for several national main contractors. In her spare time, she enjoys walking her dog Aggie, spending time with her family and reading.

Calum Macleod

Installations coordinator

Calum joined the projects team in August 2025. When he isn’t at work, you will likely find him out walking his dog, at a music festival or spending time with his friends and family.

Originally from New Zealand, Matt moved to the UK after a rugby contract and has since built a career and family here. Outside work, he is passionate about rugby, the gym and running.
