Inflatable Shelters

DS4000 Inflatable Dock Shelter

The DS4000 is recommended for cold stores and where vehicles with tail lifts are prominently used. Models are available for either dock mounted or down to ground and can be custom manufactured to suit most environments, i.e.:- large or low doorways.

It is advised that the inflatable is interlocked with the door and that traffic lights and wheel guides are used in conjunction to give an efficient longer life.

DS5000 Inflatable Dock Seal

This inflatable dock seal provides you with a versatile sealing system, being able to facilitate various sized vehicles whilst offering the ultimate sealing of the vital gap between the vehicle and building.

The seal is particularly suited for vehicles with barn doors as it inflates directly out from the building filling the gap between the door when open and the vehicle body. Another distinct advantage is that no pressure is transmitted through the vehicle to the building, also that substantial steelwork is not required for installation.

DS7000 Inflatable Dock Seal

The DS7000 is a practical solution to supplying an ultimate versatile sealing system where space maybe an issue and incursion into the rear of the vehicle is not acceptable. The seal is particularly effective to vehicles with roller shutter doors on the rear.

Although not particularly aesthetic, it can cater for a variation in vehicles heights up to 1.8m difference and with no level projections is not as susceptible to damage. As per the rest of the inflatable range, no pressure is transmitted from the vehicle to the building.

DS4000

A DS4000 inflatable on a bespoke designed loading pod complete with telescopic lip leveller, LED Traffic lights, Hi-impact anti-friction bumpers and a insulated sectional door

• Airbags manufactured from a hard wearing, waterproof and anti-tear proof material to give a longer lasting life.
• Airbags have an internal retraction system giving a deflate time of approximately 15 seconds.
• The main structure comprises of 50mm insulated panel, this reduces the condensation factor around the loading bay area.
• Although the standard is generally white they can be colour matched to suit your requirements.
• Storage curtains are 3.5mm thick c/w guide markers.
• The system is powered by a small 415v 3 phase fan that continuously runs whilst in operation. Power supply requirements are 6 amp.
• Standard sizes are 3.6m wide x 3.7m high with 90mm projection

DS5000

• Standard Size 3100mm wide x 3700 high.

DS7000

• Airbags manufactured from a hard wearing anti tear material to give a longer lasting life.
• Side airbags mounted on a steel top hat section with internal retraction system, giving a deflate time of approximately 15 seconds.
• The roof section comprises of 50mm insulated panel mounted on galvanised brackets.
• The system is powered by a small 415v 3 phase fan that continuously runs whilst in operation. Power supply requirements are 6 amp.
• Standard Size 3400mm wide x 3700 high.
