General Specifications

A high visibility stripe ensures that the vehicle reverses to the correct point.

The high visibility stripe is full height on the DS1000 and 600mm high on the DS1001.

The mobile head seal has a range of 1 metre or the alternative would be to have deeper head seal.

Structual requirements

All foam filled seals require substantial steel work to be mounted upon as part of the force of a reversing vehicle is transmitted to the building (if this is not achievable we would suggest inflatables).

This basic yet efficient sealing system supplies you with a cost effective alternative to other types of sealing systems. All models being constructed from high tear resistant material and high recovery rate foam in-fills.

A high recovery rated foam, covered with a 900g per m² base fabric
High wear resistant 1500g m² fabric on the impact areas, which are stitched together with heavy duty bonded nylon thread
Mounted on a solid 50mm base board
