Dock Seals
DS1001 with split seal option And easy detach system
This basic yet efficient sealing system supplies you with a cost effective alternative to other types of sealing systems. All models being constructed from high tear resistant material and high recovery rate foam in-fills.
- A high recovery rated foam, covered with a 900g per m2 base fabric
- High wear resistant 1500g m2 fabric on the impact areas, which are stitched together with heavy duty bonded nylon thread
- Mounted on a solid 50mm base board
DS1000/1001 Dock Seals
Dock Solution for the following situations
DS1001 heavy seal with wear pleats
- The models are particularly suited where the vehicle range and width are of a similar height
- With the mobile headed seal it gives you the option to cater for more varied height vehicles

General Specification
A high visibility stripe ensures that the vehicle reverses to the correct point
The high visibility stripe is full height on the DS1000 and 600mm high on the DS1001.
The mobile head seal has a range of 1 metre or the alternative would be to have deeper head seal.
Structual requirements
All foam filled seals require substantial steel work to be mounted upon as part of the force of a reversing vehicle is transmitted to the building (if this is not achievable we would suggest inflatables).
Standard Size
Standard size to suit openings 2.4m wide x 2.4m high.
Side seals 2400mm x 300 x 300. Head seal 3m x 300 x 300mm. (Customised sizes available)

DSM1001 Mobile Headed Dock Seal
This basic yet efficient sealing system supplies you with a cost effective alternative to other types of sealing systems. All models being constructed from high tear resistant material and high recovery rate foam in-fills. The adjustable head dock seal is an effective way of sealing the rear of vehicles.
The head curtain is run along a spring counterbalanced roller for smooth height adjustment, giving you the option to cater for more varied height vehicles allowing them to reverse comfortably into the loading bay area.
The high visibility stripe ensures that the vehicle reverses to the correct point. The mobile head seal has a range of 1 metre or the alternative would be to have deeper head seals.
